The white jacket Kerry Washington’s Olivia Pope wore tonight on One For The Dog is by Ann Demeluemeester. It’s her Gladiator uniform when time calls for handling things RIGHT. As soon as I saw her in this jacket, I need all WILL be well. Scandal’s costume designer Lyn Paolo most definitely shut IT down AGAIN!
