Happy Birthday, Mr. President x Hunting Season
When Fitz said to Olivia after she pushed him away while we started kissing on top of Lincoln’s Resolute Desk - “I can’t just stop, can you?”, this scene echoes when Olivia pushed him away in Hunting Season after HE rushed for her belt buckle. “I am not yours. I do not show up places because you want me. I am not yours. This is over.” Doesn’t it all echo one another? Check out the collage I made for further analysis!
Here’s another thing I caught from both scenes.
Hunting Season
In episode 203, Olivia and Fitz shared a passionate kiss up against the tree. It definitely echoes what Cyrus told Fitz: “To commune with nature, sir. I know how you enjoy that” and it also echoes what Olivia said while planning Fitz’s funeral: He loves being outdoors.” Fitz is definitely a outdoor type of guy, isn’t he?
